Psikyo Games
Psikyo was a Japanese video game video game developer, developer and Video game publisher, publisher known for its shoot 'em ups and undressing mahjong games. It was founded in 1992 by former Aero Fighters, Video System staff who worked on the ''Aero Fighters'' series. Psikyo was mainly an arcade game developer, and ported some of their games to home consoles as well. Psikyo was acquired by X-Nauts in 2002. In 2003, it was reported that Psikyo was shutting down. Shortly afterwards, X-Nauts stated this news was wrong. Games would continue to be released under the Psikyo label, but would be outsourced to other teams. In 2007, Psikyo programming veteran Keiyuki Haragami started a company called Zerodiv to handle distribution of Psikyo's catalog. In March 2019, Zerodiv was acquired by City Connection, but in February 2025, Edia, the current owner of Telenet Japan IPs, purchased Zerodiv from City Connection by a value of one million yen. Public Company
A public company is a company whose ownership is organized via shares of share capital, stock which are intended to be freely traded on a stock exchange or in over-the-counter (finance), over-the-counter markets. Sengoku Blade
''Sengoku Blade'', also known as ''Tengai'' outside Japan, is a horizontally scrolling shoot 'em up video game released for arcade machines in 1996 by Psikyo as a sequel to their 1993 shooter '' Sengoku Ace''. A home console version was also released for the Sega Saturn. The game was ported years later to the PlayStation 2, and again for iOS and Android devices and the Nintendo Switch, Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game is set in a historical fantasy version of the Sengoku period of Japanese history, featuring demons, magic and steam-powered robotics. Gameplay ''Sengoku Blade'' is horizontal-scrolling shoot 'em up. The game takes place in an imaginative and futuristic version of feudal Japan featuring steam-powered machinery. G-Taste
''G-Taste'' is a Japanese erotic manga series written and illustrated by Hiroki Yagami and serialized in Kodansha's ''Mr. Magazine'' from 1996 to 2000, before being moved to '' Young Magazine Uppers'' from 2000 to 2004. The "G" in "G-taste" is used symbolically as the letter between "F" (for " Fetish") and "H" (for "hentai"). The anime was originally licensed in the US by SoftCel Pictures; the rights have since expired and now Critical Mass has since bought the rights. Not all of the series has been licensed as only the first five episodes have been released in the US. Episodes 6 and 7 have, to date, not been released in the US at all. Zero Gunner 2
''Zero Gunner 2'' (ゼロガンナー2) is a 3D multidirectional shooter developed by Psikyo as a sequel to '' Zero Gunner'', the original arcade game. It was released for the Dreamcast in Japan in 2001. A version of this game was developed and released in 2018 for the Nintendo Switch, by Zerodiv. This version was given the title ''Zero Gunner 2-'' as Zerodiv had to rebuild the game almost from scratch, due to the original data being missing, and out of respect for both the original version of the game and purists. This version was later released for Microsoft Windows via Steam in December 2020, PlayStation 4 in July 2022 and Xbox One in January 2023. Dragon Blaze
''Dragon Blaze'' is a shoot 'em up arcade game developed and published in 2000 by Psikyo. It was ported to the PlayStation 2 as part of Taito's ''Psikyo Shooting Collection Vol. 3: Sol Divide & Dragon Blaze'' compilation in 2005. The game was later also released on its own as a budget range title for the PlayStation 2 in Europe by 505 Games on 2006. In 2018 the game was ported to the Nintendo Switch by Zerodiv as part of their series of re-releases of classic Psikyo games. The game was later ported to Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. ''Cannon Spike'', originally released in Japan as , is a multi-directional shooter arcade game released in 2000 by Psikyo and later in the same year for the Dreamcast by Capcom. It uses Capcom-designed characters and runs on Sega's Naomi Hardware. ''Cannon Spike'' is similar to games like ''Smash TV'' and Capcom's ''Commando'', although with primary focus on boss fighting. is a 1999 Shoot 'em up#Types, vertically scrolling shooter arcade game developed by Psikyo and published by SNK for the Neo Geo MVS. It is a Video game remake, remake of ''Strikers 1945 II'', which was released earlier in 1997 on multiple platforms.
