Prospect Peremohy
Prospect Beresteiskyi (, , ) is the second longest public roadway (Prospekt (street), prospekt) in Kyiv, Ukraine. The roadway was created in the second half of the 20th century (1964) as part of the urbanized area of the Brest-Lytovske highway and was known as Brest-Lytovskyi prospect (). At the beginning of the Soviet perestroika period in 1985, it was renamed to Prospect Peremohy (), for the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War. The Bessarabska Square (, ''Bessarabska ploshcha'') is a square located at the southwest end of Khreshchatyk, the main thoroughfare of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. It is located in the city's Shevchenkivskyi District (district), at the busy intersection of Khreshchatyk, Taras Shevchenko Boulevard, Velyka Vasylkivska Street, and the Krutyi Descent streets. Until the late 1840s, the square was located on the outskirts of town, where immigrants from Bessarabia in the southern regions of Ukraine would come to sell their products. The Antonov Serial Production Plant (), formerly AVIANT (), is an aircraft manufacturing company in Kyiv, Ukraine, the serial manufacturing division of the Antonov. “Antonov” serial production plant's office and industrial premises are located at the Sviatoshyn Airfield in Kyiv, between the districts of Nyvky, Sviatoshyn and Bilychi. Dovzhenko Film Studios
The Dovzhenko Film Studios () is a former Soviet film production studio in UkrSSR and Ukraine that was named after the Soviet film producer, Oleksandr Dovzhenko, in 1957. With the fall of the Soviet Union, the studio became a property of the government of Ukraine. In 2000, the film studio was awarded national status. History The studios began in the 1920s when the All-Ukrainian Photo-Cinema-Directorate (VUFKU) announced a project proposition for the construction of a cinema factory in 1925. Out of 20 of them was chosen the project of Valerian Rykov, who led his architect group composed of students of the Architectural Department of Kyiv Art Institute in the construction of the O. The Kyiv Zoo (, ) is the largest zoo in Kyiv, Ukraine, and one of the largest in the former Soviet Union. Situated on about , the zoo is cared for by 378 staff members and receives about 280,000 visitors annually. The Sky Towers Multifunctional Complex is a mixed-use building currently on hold in Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.
