PEZA Special Economic Zones
The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), formerly known as the Foreign Trade Zone Authority (FTZA) and Export Processing Zone Authority (EPZA), is a Philippine government agency attached to the Department of Trade and Industry. It was created to help promote investments in the export-oriented manufacturing industry into the country by assisting investors in registering and facilitating their business operations and providing tax incentives. PEZA also assists investors who locate in service facilities inside special economic zones in the country (areas are called PEZA Special Economic Zones) which are usually business process outsourcing and knowledge process outsourcing firms. The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI; ) is the Executive departments of the Philippines, executive department of the Philippine government responsible for the advancement, promotion, governance, regulation, management and growth of industry and trade. The Eugenio Lopez Jr. Communications Center (also called 9501, ELJ Communications Center, or simply ELJ Center) is the newer and larger studio and office building of ABS-CBN located within ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center in Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. EcoTower is a 32-story edifice with 25 office floors located in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Classified as a Grade A building, EcoTower's construction began in 2011 and was completed in January 2013. The Zuellig Building is an office skyscraper located in the Makati Central Business District in Metro Manila, Philippines, and is one of buildings taller than 150 m in the area.
