John James McGuinness (born 15 March 1955) is an Irish Fianna Fáil politician who has served as Leas-Cheann Comhairle of the 34th Dáil since February 2025. He has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Carlow–Kilkenny constituency since the 1997 general election.
