Legion Of Super-Pets
The Legion of Super-Pets is a fictional team of superhero pets in the DC Universe. The original membership included Krypto, Streaky the Supercat, Beppo, and Comet, with the shape-shifting alien Proty II later joining. The team first appeared in ''Adventure Comics'' #293 (February 1962), although all of the members except for Comet had appeared individually in earlier issues. The group was removed from mainstream DC Comics continuity in 1986, but a new version appeared in mainstream comics in 2017. The crossover series DC One Million in 1998 indicated that, in the 853rd century, a version of the team operates called the Justice Legion of Super-Zoomorphs. A follow-up story revealed that the universe of the 853rd century is protected by many teams representing the Legion of Super-Familiars, all of which are overseen by the Legion of Executive Familiars. Adventure Comics
''Adventure Comics'' is an American comic book series published by DC Comics from 1938 to 1983 and revived from 2009 to 2011. In its first era, the series ran for 503 issues (472 of those after the title changed from ''New Adventure Comics''), making it the fifth-longest-running DC series, behind ''Detective Comics'', ''Action Comics'', ''Superman (comic book), Superman'', and ''Batman (comic book), Batman''. The series was revived in 2009 through a new "#1" issue by artist Clayton Henry and writer Geoff Johns. It returned to its original numbering with #516 (September 2010). The series ended again with #529 (October 2011) prior to a company-wide revision of DC's superhero comic book line, known as New 52, "The New 52". Rex The Wonder Dog
Rex the Wonder Dog is a fictional superhero dog in the DC Comics universe. Created in 1952 by Robert Kanigher of Wonder Woman fame and artist Alex Toth, Rex has sometimes been compared to Superman's dog Krypto, who was created three years later. While the two canine crime fighters do share some similarities, they are decidedly different. Rex shares his name with a canine film actor "Rex the Wonder Dog", from numerous silent films of the 1920s. Publication history Rex the Wonder Dog first starred in his own bi-monthly series, ''The Adventures of Rex the Wonder Dog'' #1 46 (January/February 1952 September/October 1959), titled ''Rex the Wonder Dog'' for issues #1 and #2. Plastic Man (Patrick "Eel" O'Brian) is a superhero featured in American comic books first appearing in ''Police Comics'' #1, originally published by Quality Comics and later acquired by DC Comics. Created by cartoonist Jack Cole (artist), Jack Cole, Plastic Man was one of the first superheroes to incorporate humor into mainstream action storytelling. This character has been published in several solo series and has interacted with other characters such as Batman and many others in the mainstream DC Universe as a member of the Justice League. Damian Wayne
Damian Thomas Wayne is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, commonly in association with Batman. He was created by Grant Morrison and Andy Kubert. Damian Wayne is the biological son of Bruce Wayne/Batman. His mother is Batman's love interest Talia al Ghul, Talia, daughter of Batman's adversary Ra's al Ghul. With the al Ghuls citing Bruce Wayne as the optimal successor to their empire, after faking a miscarriage to his father and calling off their marriage, Talia keeps his existence hidden from Batman until ''Batman'' #656 (2006). In turn, the character is revealed to have originally been intended to kill and replace Batman as well as serve as a host body for Ra's al Ghul, which would unify the Wayne and al Ghul factions.
