Kawkab Athletic Club of Marrakesh (; KACM) is a Moroccan professional football (soccer), football club based in Marrakech, Marrakesh. The club was founded on 20 September 1947 by Hadj Idriss Talbi. Marrakesh Stadium
Marrakesh Stadium (, Berber language, Berber: Annar n Mrraksh), is a multi-use stadium in Marrakesh, Morocco. It was designed by Gregotti Associati International. Completed in January 2012, it is used mostly for Association football, football matches with the capability of hosting Olympic Games. It is home to Kawkab Marrakech, Kawkab Marrakesh football team. The stadium has a capacity for 45,240 spectators. It replaces Stade El Harti, Stade Al Harti as the home of Kawkab Marrakech and as the main stadium of the city. It hosted the 2014 IAAF Continental Cup, four games including the final in the 2014 FIFA Club World Cup, and the 2014 African Championships in Athletics. It will be one of the venues for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. It is one of the potential venues for the 2030 FIFA World Cup which Morocco will co-host along with Portugal and Spain. Fathi Jamal
Fathi Jamal (born 11 February 1959, in Casablanca) is a Moroccan football coach and former player. He played most of his career for Raja Casablanca, JSM Laayoune and Kawkab Marrakech. After retiring as a player, he coached many teams, most notably Morocco's youth team that finished 4th at the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship. He also coached Morocco's senior team in 2008 and Kawkab Marrakech afterwards.
