Scuba (musician)
Paul Rose (born 30 June 1979), usually known as Scuba (also known by his SCB alias), is a British electronic musician and podcaster, now based in Berlin. Described as 'one of dance music's most inventive producers', he has released four albums, numerous singles and EPs, and a handful of compilation and mix albums. His style has been described as dubstep with a later 'shift toward a brighter and more eclectic approach to production'. In 2013, he won an award for Best Live Act from ''DJ Mag''. Untold (musician)
Untold a.k.a. Jack Dunning, is an electronic producer from London. He released his first solo record on Hessle Audio in 2008 and has since released on R&S Records, Soul Jazz, Clone Records and more. He released his debut album 'Black Light Spiral' on his own label, Hemlock Recordings in February 2014. History Untold's first solo release was ''Kingdom'' on Hessle Audio in March 2008. The release also featured ''Purify'' and ''Test Signal'' and was described by Resident Advisor as "an excellent debut, and one that is sure to go down well with people who delight in the constantly evolving nature of the genre." Joy Orbison
Peter O'Grady, better known as Joy Orbison or Joy O, is an English electronic musician. His style is a coalescence of house, dubstep, UK funky, UK garage and oldschool jungle. O'Grady achieved underground success with his debut single " Hyph Mngo", released via Hotflush Recordings in September 2009. He is also known for his collaborations with Boddika. Biography O'Grady credits his uncle Ray Keith for introducing him to jungle and UK garage at a young age. At 13, he took up DJing and eventually moved into production in his 20s, using Fruity Loops to create 8-bar grime loops before developing his sound combining house, disco and dubstep. He cites influences as diverse as J Dilla, My Bloody Valentine, GG Allin, Josef K and The Beach Boys. His debut single "Hyph Mngo" was called the most forward-thinking dubstep track of 2009 and received airplay and floorplay worldwide. Vaccine (musician)
Christine Clements (December 26, 1979 – August 22, 2023), professionally known as Vaccine, was an American dubstep record producer based in California. She was one of the first women signed to a dubstep related record label (Hotflush Recordings), which was up until then a genre whose producers were almost entirely male. Before she started producing, Clements promoted other people's music. Vaccine's style has been recognised as being considerably more melodic and ethereal, with ''XLR8R'' magazine noting her "subtle melodies and echoed vocals", as well as stating that "(Vaccine's) constructions aren't necessarily main floor rave fodder, but rather, comedown music for a 6 a.m. all-back-to-mine", as well as mentioning "jittery electronic elements with Gothic rock, gothic ambient nuances."

Boxcutter (musician)
Boxcutter is the pseudonym for Barry Lynn (born 1980), an electronic musician from Northern Ireland. Early Boxcutter material from 2005 and 2006, like that released on Hotflush Recordings and on the debut Planet Mu album Oneiric (album), Oneiric, was frequently associated with the genre dubstep, although it was also compared to experimental artists such as Amon Tobin and Boards of Canada. The second Boxcutter album Glyphic (album), Glyphic was more influenced by classic dub music such as King Tubby, but also drew comparisons to artists such as Squarepusher, Foul play (DJ), Foul Play and Seefeel, and continued Lynn's reputation for working outside of conventions and taking a genre-hopping approach. Mount Kimbie
Mount Kimbie is an English electronic music and indie rock group consisting of Dominic Maker, Kai Campos, Andrea Balency-Béarn and Marc Pell. Mount Kimbie was formed in 2008 by Maker and Campos. The duo expanded on the musical template of the UK dubstep scene, releasing early EPs ''Maybes EP, Maybes'' and ''Sketch on Glass'' to critical praise the following year. Their debut album ''Crooks & Lovers'' in 2010 received further acclaim and was listed as one of the defining albums of the decade by ''DJ Mag''. Artful Dodger were a UK garage duo initially featuring songwriters and producers Mark Hill and Pete Devereux. Stokes Croft
Stokes Croft is a road in Bristol, England. It is part of the A38, a main road north of the city centre. Locals refer to the area around the road by the same name. The road became a centre of industry during the mid-19th century, including the Carriage Works. The area was damaged by aerial bombing during the Bristol Blitz in World War II, and was subsequently blighted by a plan to widen this part of the A38, but in more recent times it has rebuilt itself as a centre of art, music and counter-cultural lifestyle.
