Tsugumomo
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshikazu Hamada, started in 2007. Two volumes of the series were published in English by the now-defunct JManga service. An anime television series adaptation aired in 2017. A second season aired in 2020. Synopsis Kazuya Kagami, an ordinary boy, finds his life turned upside down when his late mother's obi transforms into a girl wearing a kimono named Kiriha. She happens to be a Tsukumogami called a "tsugumomo," objects that have gained a soul through long years of harmony with their owners. Kazuya has no recollection of meeting Kiriha when she exclaims "Long time no see" to him. He nearly loses his life from an attacking "amasogi" that are premature spirits born only to fulfill impure wishes of certain people, and Kiriha defends him. Orange (manga)
''Orange'' (stylized as ''orange'') is a Japanese romance manga series written and illustrated by Ichigo Takano, aimed at the '' shōjo'' and '' seinen'' demographics. It was first serialized in 2012 in '' Bessatsu Margaret'' manga magazine and later in '' Monthly Action''. It has been compiled into 7 volumes as of April, 2022. Its chapters are published online in English by Crunchyroll and in print by Seven Seas Entertainment. It is also published in France by Akata, in Poland by Waneko, and in Spain by Ediciones Tomodomo. A live action film adaptation of the same name was released on December 12, 2015. An anime television adaptation started to air in July 2016. Old Boy (manga)
is a Japanese manga series written by Garon Tsuchiya and illustrated by Nobuaki Minegishi. The narrative follows the protagonist Shinichi Gotō, a man who, after a decade of incarceration in a private prison, is suddenly freed. After his release, Gotō must find his captors and discover the reason for his confinement. ''Old Boy'' was serialized in the Futabasha magazine '' Weekly Manga Action'' from 1996 to 1998, with a total of 79 chapters among eight collected volumes released during that time. The series was picked up for North American localization by Dark Horse Comics and released between 2006 and 2007. Kodomo No Jikan
is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kaworu Watashiya. The story revolves around a grade school teacher named Daisuke Aoki, whose main problem is that one of his students, Rin Kokonoe, has a crush on him. It was serialized between May 2005 and April 2013 in Futabasha's '' Comic High!'' magazine and is compiled in 13 volumes. At one time, an English-language version of the manga was licensed by Seven Seas Entertainment for distribution in North America under the title ''Nymphet'', but they ultimately decided not to publish it due to controversies over its content. It was then relicensed by Digital Manga, who released the series in English through e-book. A 12-episode anime adaptation of the series aired in Japan between October and December 2007. While content of the broadcast version was sometimes heavily censored, the DVD releases of the individual episodes remain unedited.
