Fantagio () is a South Korean entertainment company that operates as a record label, talent training and management agency, as well as movie and K-drama production company. The company was founded in September 2008 as N.O.A. Entertainment (standing for "Network of Asia"), before being renamed to Fantagio in June 2011. In 2012, the company had a reported operating income of KR₩14.1 billion with a net income of KR₩1.8 billion (approximately US$1.6 million). Jung Il-woo (; born 9 September 1987) is a South Korean actor. ''Produce 101'' () is a Reality television#Reality competition or game shows, reality competition show created by Mnet (TV channel), Mnet. It premiered on January 22, 2016, at 22:00 Time in South Korea, KST and aired every Friday. It is the first season of the South Korean version of the Produce 101, franchise of the same name. The Produce 101 (season 2), second season premiered on April 7, 2017, this time featuring all male contestants. Kim Do-yeon (; born December 4, 1999), known mononymously as Doyeon, is a South Korean singer and actress signed under Fantagio. She is best known as a contestant on the Mnet reality show ''Produce 101'', as a member of the resulting group I.O.I, and subsequently as a member of Weki Meki. Choi Yoo-jung (; born November 12, 1999), known mononymously as Yoojung, is a South Korean singer and actress signed under Fantagio. She debuted as member of I.O.I in May 2016 after achieving third place in the 2016 survival program ''Produce 101''. In January 2017, I.O.I officially disbanded after eleven months of promotion. Hello Venus (; often stylized as HELLOVENUS) was a South Korean girl group formed by Tricell Media (formerly a joint venture between Pledis Entertainment and Fantagio). The group originally consisted of: Alice, Nara, Lime, Yooara, Yoonjo and Yooyoung. They debuted with the lead single "Venus" from their debut extended play of the same name on 9 May 2012. In July 2014, Fantagio and Pledis ended their Tricell Media joint ventures. Yooara and Yoonjo remained under Pledis, with the other four members continuing their group activities under Fantagio. Pledis Entertainment () is a South Korean entertainment company founded by Han Sung-Soo in 2007. The label is home to Bumzu, Hwang Min-hyun, and groups Seventeen and TWS. Weki Meki (; abbreviated as WEME or WKMK) was a South Korean girl group formed by Fantagio in 2017. The group consisted of eight members: Suyeon, Elly, Yoojung, Doyeon, Sei, Lua, Rina, and Lucy. During the group's career, they released five EPs, two single albums and one re-issue single album. The group finished their seven year career with the release of their final single "CoinciDestiny" on June 12, 2024. On August 16, 2024, it was announced the group had officially disbanded.
