Fall Brawl
Fall Brawl was an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) List of NWA/WCW closed-circuit events and pay-per-view events, event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and was held in September from 1993 through 2000. The name was derived from the Autumn, fall edition of ''Clash of the Champions'', called "Fall Brawl", in Fall Brawl (1988), 1988, Fall Brawl (1989), 1989, Fall Brawl (1990), 1990, and Fall Brawl (1991), 1991. There was no Fall Brawl event held in 1992. It was considered by many as WCW's answer to the World Wrestling Entertainment, World Wrestling Federation's annual Survivor Series pay-per-view event due to the main event WarGames match held during most of the Fall Brawl shows. The 2000 Fall Brawl was the eighth and final Fall Brawl professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) List of NWA/WCW closed-circuit events and pay-per-view events, event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW). The event took place on September 17, 2000 from the HSBC Arena (Buffalo), HSBC Arena in Buffalo, New York. It would be the final Fall Brawl event before the company folded and was purchased by rival promotion WWE, World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in March 2001. World Championship Wrestling (WCW) was an American professional wrestling promotion founded by Ted Turner in 1988, after Turner Broadcasting System, through a subsidiary named Universal Wrestling Corporation, purchased the assets of National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) List of National Wrestling Alliance territories, territory Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP) (which had aired its programming on TBS (American TV channel), TBS). Steve Borden (born March 20, 1959), better known by the ring name Sting, is an American retired Professional wrestling, professional wrestler. He is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), where he continues to make sporadic appearances since his retirement. Brian Knobbs
Brian Knobbs (born Brian Yandrisovitz on May 6, 1964) is an American professional wrestler and half of The Nasty Boys, a tag team, with partner and long-time friend Jerry Sags. Early life and education Knobbs was born on May 6, 1964, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He attended Whitehall High School in Whitehall Township, Pennsylvania, in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. While at Whitehall High School, Knobbs befriended Jerry Sags. The Nasty Boys
The Nasty Boys are a professional wrestling tag team consisting of Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags. The team were active from the mid-1980s through the 1990s. Their gimmick was that of anti-social punks who specialized in hardcore wrestling and brawling. They were noted for their distinctive all-black "street look", which, while very commonplace among today's wrestlers, was vastly different from the colorful attire of their wrestling peers of the late 1980s and early 1990s. Berglund Center (originally called the Roanoke Civic Center) is a 10,500-seat multi-purpose arena located in the Williamson Road neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia. Harlem Heat was a professional wrestling tag team composed of two brothers, Booker and Lash Huffman (better known as Booker T and Stevie Ray).
