Extol Members
Extol is an extreme metal band from Bekkestua, Norway, that was formed in 1993. The band is known for playing a variety of different styles of heavy metal music, metal which include progressive metal, Christian death metal, black metal and thrash metal. Over the course of their career, the band has released five studio albums and two EPs, beginning with their debut, ''Burial (Extol album), Burial'', in 1998. The band are noted for their precise, technical musicianship. The fourth album, ''The Blueprint Dives'', received a Spellemannsprisen nomination for Best Metal Album of 2005. Extol has toured the United States and Europe several times with such bands as Mastodon (band), Mastodon, God Forbid and Opeth. Collectively, Extol has sold over 500,000 albums worldwide. Bekkestua
Bekkestua is a town in the Municipalities of Norway, municipality of Bærum, Norway, with a busy bus terminal and a Bekkestua (station), station on one of Oslo's westbound Oslo T-bane, T-bane lines, Kolsåsbanen. It also has its own library, police station and fire station. It has grown to be the second largest centre of the municipality after Sandvika, with small restaurants and shopping centres. Nadderud stadion (stadium), the home ground of the Stabæk Fotball association football club is at walking distance from Bekkestua. It was opened in 1961 as a sporting ground for the Nadderud Gymnas (High School). This high school was later demolished to give space to an extended stadium. The Oslo International School, often referred to as the British Primary School in the Oslo area, is located next to Nadderud stadion. Documentary

Tor Magne Glidje
Tor Magne Glidje (born 27 September 1977) is a Norwegian guitarist in Extol, Ganglion and Longing, a.k.a. Lengsel, where he is also the lead singer. He was also a part of Benea Reach. He is now playing in the band Mantric. Background Tor Magne Glidje grew up in the country side of Norway. Glidje would be exposed to music by way of Madonna, Bon Jovi and AC DC, and later Dio and Black Sabbath. Later, he grew to listen to black metal, death metal, and thrash metal, and began to learn guitars on his own to perform those styles. Glidje began his musical career in the black metal band, Lengsel, which means Longing. Before forming this band, Glidje started to play with his now longtime friend and bandmate, Ole Sveen in 1992. Sveen and Glidje then formed the band, alongside John Robert Mjåland in 1994. The band had some success, signing with Solid State Records, based out of Seattle in the United States.
