''Corner of My Eye'' is the debut EP released by Spencer Tracy in March 2001 by Rocket Records. The EP reached number 14 on the AIR Top20 Singles Charts. "Corner of My Eye" received airplay on Triple J and RTRFM which led to the band undertaking several tours of the east coast of Australia and supporting Echo and the Bunnymen, The Fauves, iOTA, Lo-Tel and Midnight Oil. Spencer Tracy (band)
Spencer Tracy were an Australian rock band formed in 1999 in Collie, Western Australia. Founding mainstay members are Lee Jones on lead vocals and guitar, his brother Kim Jones on bass guitar and Shaun Sibbes on drums. They were joined by Jessica Bennett (ex-Lash) on co-lead vocals and guitar in 2002. After she left in the following year, John Rabjones joined on guitar to record the group's self-titled, debut album. They issued three extended plays, ''Corner of My Eye'' (March 2001), ''Daisy Daze'' (October) and ''Hold On'' (July 2003). Midnight Oil (known informally as "The Oils") are an Australian rock band composed of Peter Garrett (vocals, harmonica), Rob Hirst (drums), Jim Moginie (guitar, keyboard) and Martin Rotsey (guitar). Lo-Tel was a pop rock band based in Sydney, Australia. They achieved commercial success and are best known for their single " Teenager of the Year" released 2000. They no longer perform as Lo-Tel; however, two past members continue to produce music. History In 1998, Lo-Tel were initially a trio of Luke Hanigan (singer and guitarist), Dave Lumsdaine (bass), and Darren Brollo (drums), recording tracks in Hanigan's home studio. This led to their first shows, and, with the help of John O'Donnell, they were signed to Epic Records in 1999. RTRFM
RTRFM (call sign: 6RTR) is a not-for-profit, community radio station based in Perth, the state capital of Western Australia. It is self-funded, largely through listener subscription and fund-raising events. However, it does carry some "advertising material" (called sponsorship with all community broadcasters in Australia) at a maximum of 5 mins per hour. It broadcasts 24 hours a day, on 92.1 in the FM band. The name RTRFM is a contraction of "aRTy Radio".
