Cornel Oțelea
Cornel Oțelea (born 19 November 1940) is a former Romanian handball player who won the World Championships three times. Biography He has won three world titles, the European Champions Cup as a player (1968) and coach (1977), both with Steaua București. He was a coach of the Romania men's national handball team (bronze medal at the 1990 World Men's Handball Championship), and since 2008 he has coached the Steaua Bucharest men's handball team. Colonel Cornel Oțelea from the Ministry of National Defense was promoted to the rank of brigadier general (with one star), being subsequently transferred to the reserve on December 31, 1997. Șeica Mare
Șeica Mare (german: Marktschelken; hu, Nagyselyk) is a commune located in Sibiu County, Transylvania, Romania. It is composed of six villages: Boarta, Buia, Mighindoala, Petiș, Șeica Mare and Ștenea. Calvaser (''Kaltwasser''; ''Hidegvíz'') was also a village until the late 20th century, when it was absorbed by Șeica Mare village. At the 2011 census, 88.8% of inhabitants were Romanians, 6% Hungarians, 4.2% Roma and 1% Germans. Villages It is composed of six villages: Buia village was first attested in a document of 1269, under the name of ''poss Bulla''. In 1918, it had 1167 residents, of whom 736 were Romanians and the rest Germans and Hungarians. By 2002, the population was down to 634: 516 Romanians, 104 Hungarians and three Roma. IHF World Men%27s Handball Championship
The IHF Men's Handball World Championship has been organized indoor by the International Handball Federation since 1938. In the twenty-seven tournaments held, eleven nations have won the title. CSA Steaua București is a Romanian professional handball club based in Bucharest, Romania. It competes in the Romanian Handball League. They are part of the CSA Steaua sports organization.
