''Convicts'' is the seventh studio album by the Australian rock band You Am I. The first single is " It Ain't Funny How We Don’t Talk Anymore", which was released as a digital download on 22 April 2006. Tim Rogers later said of the album, "It hadn't been a great couple of years, and it's even worse when I look back at it now. I had no confidence at all so I wanted the guitars too loud and everything aggressive and loose." Reception AllMusic described the album as, "sharp and succinct collection that continues the band's snappy punk-pop attack. Themes include childhood, suburbia and relationships. The album also seems to run the course of a day, "Good Mornin'" beginning with an alarm clock, ending with the question of "Who Takes Who Home" on a night out, and after a period of silence, the hidden track entitled "Forget It Sister" begins with 'good morning baby..' ''Hi Fi Way'' is the second album by Australian rock band You Am I, released in 1995. ''Hi Fi Way'' was You Am I's first release with new drummer Rusty Hopkinson (formerly of Nursery Crimes) after the departure of former drummer Mark Tunaley. ''Hi Fi Way'' reached #1 on the local albums chart and is one of the most influential and critically acclaimed Australian albums of the 1990s. Bernard Zuel
Bernard Zuel (born 1965) is an Australian music journalist. Zuel wrote for Fairfax Media newspapers ''The Age'' and ''The Sydney Morning Herald'' from 1992 to 2017. He became their senior music writer and reviewer. Zuel is a judge of the Australian Music Prize award. At the end of June 2017 he left Fairfax Media to become a freelance journalist and also taught music journalism. Early life and education Bernard Zuel was born in 1965 Rose Hill, Mauritius.
