''Convergence'' is a compilation album by Canadian industrial artist Front Line Assembly. This release contains all but two tracks from the ''Corrosion'' and ''Disorder'' releases, "The Wrack Part III - Wisdom", and "Aggression" respectively. The latter would later be re-released on '' Corroded Disorder''. Front Line Assembly
Front Line Assembly (FLA) is a Canadian electro-industrial band formed by Bill Leeb in 1986 in music, 1986 after leaving Skinny Puppy. FLA has developed its own sound incorporating elements of electronic body music and electro-industrial. The band's membership has rotated through the years, including Michael Balch, Rhys Fulber, and Chris Peterson (producer), Chris Peterson, all of whom are associated with several other acts. Since their inception, the group have produced over a dozen studio albums and EPs, several of which have charted on ''Billboard (magazine), Billboards Top Dance/Electronic Album chart. The albums ''Tactical Neural Implant'' and ''Hard Wired'' are two of the group's most successful records, the former being considered a classic among industrial music fans. Dave "Rave" Ogilvie is a Canadian record producer, mixer, songwriter and musician based in Vancouver. Ogilvie started his recording career as a mixing engineer at Mushroom Studios. He frequently collaborated with industrial band Skinny Puppy as both a band member and producer. He also worked as a producer, engineer and mixer on several projects with Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails, including engineering and remixing NIN singles, co-producing Marilyn Manson's album '' Antichrist Superstar'' and remixing David Bowie's single "I'm Afraid of Americans". Over his career has worked with such artists as Loverboy, 54-40, SNFU, Ministry, Carly Rae Jepsen, Rob Halford and Mötley Crüe. He founded his own industrial pop band, Jakalope, in 2003. Bill Leeb
Wilhelm Anton "Bill" Leeb (born 21 September 1966, in Vienna, Austria) is an Austrian-Canadian electronic musician and record producer. He is best known for being a founding member of the industrial music group Front Line Assembly and Delerium. Additionally, Leeb is known for his work with groups Noise Unit, Intermix, Skinny Puppy, Synæsthesia, Cyberaktif, Equinox, Fauxliage and Pro>Tech. Career Leeb began his musical career with industrial band Skinny Puppy in 1984 under the pseudonym Wilhelm Schroeder, contributing bass synth and occasional backing vocals to a few of their recordings and concerts. He left in 1986 and formed his own industrial project Front Line Assembly with Michael Balch, and later Rhys Fulber and Chris Peterson. ''Corroded Disorder'' is a compilation album by electro-industrial band Front Line Assembly. It contains tracks from three previous releases, ''Corrosion'', ''Disorder'', and ''Convergence'', as well as two bonus tracks. The release leaves out "Conflict" and "The Wrack Part III – Wisdom" from ''Corrosion''. While the former appeared on ''Convergence'', the latter has never been released on CD.
