Empress Dowager Cheng
Empress Dowager Cheng (程太后, personal name unknown) (died 335) was an empress dowager of the Jie-led Later Zhao dynasty of China. She was a concubine of Later Zhao's founding emperor Shi Le and gave birth to his crown prince and successor, Shi Hong. Her brother Cheng Xia Cheng Xia (died 333) was a Chinese minister of Later Zhao during the Sixteen Kingdoms period. His sister, Consort Cheng, was a wife of Shi Le and also the mother to the Crown Prince Shi Hong. Concubine Cheng (Qianlong)
Concubine Cheng (died 29 May 1784), of the Manchu Plain Red Banner Niohuru clan, was a consort of Qianlong Emperor. Life Family background Concubine Cheng was a member of Manchu Plain Red Banner Niohuru clan. * Father: Mukedeng (穆克登), a second class imperial guard and a commander of Niru () ** Paternal grandfather: A'ersong'a (阿尔松阿), Alingga's son and Ebilun's grandson, held a title of second-class duke (二等公) Qianlong era Lady Niohuru entered the Forbidden City as "Noble Lady Lan" (; "lan" meaning "orchid") in 1757. Noble Consort Cheng
Noble Consort Cheng (; 10 March 1813 – 10 May 1888), of the Plain Red Banner Niohuru clan, was a consort of Daoguang Emperor. Life Family background Noble Consort Cheng's personal name wasn't recorded in history. Her family belonged to the Plain Red Banner. Most Qing dynasty sources doesn't ponder her family background. Jiaqing era Lady Niohuru was born on the 21st day of the 2nd lunar month of the 17th year, which translates to 10 March 1813 in the Gregorian calendar. Daoguang era Lady Niohuru entered the Forbidden City at the age of sixteen in 1828 and was bestowed a title "Noble Lady Cheng" (成贵人; "Cheng" meaning "virtuous, perfect"). She lived in the side hall of the Palace of Prolonging Happiness (延禧宫). At that time, she was rather naïve and did not adjust well to the imperial life.
