Ervin W. Conradt (October 4, 1916 – November 5, 2001) was an American politician and farmer. Born in Bovina, Wisconsin, Conradt was a farmer. He served in the Town of Bovina as a supervisor and chairman and also on the Outagamie County Board of Supervisors. Conradt was in the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1965 to 1981 as a Republican. Conradt then became Wisconsin State Highway Commissioner. From 1994 to 1996, Conradt was mayor of Seymour, Wisconsin. Addie Jo "Jody" Conradt (born May 13, 1941) is a retired women's basketball coach. She was the head coach for the women's team at University of Texas at Austin (UT). Her coaching career spanned 38 years, with the last 31 years at UT from 1976 to 2007. She also served concurrently as the UT women's athletic director from 1992 to 2001. During her tenure at UT, she achieved several notable personal and team milestones in collegiate basketball. At retirement, she had tallied 900 career victories, second place in all time victories for an NCAA Division I basketball coach. Conradt was inducted in the inaugural class at the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 1999. Suicide Of Bill Conradt
Bill Conradt, an American local assistant district attorney in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, killed himself on Sunday, November 5, 2006, when Texas police served him with search and arrest warrants stemming from a ''Dateline NBC'' Perverted-Justice online sting of men soliciting sex with children. Perverted-Justice (PJ) and ''Dateline'' conducted their sting, attracting men to a bait house in Murphy, Texas. Conradt was one of the men who solicited the PJ volunteer masquerading as a minor, but did not travel to Murphy. Instead, a group of police, ''Dateline'', and PJ personnel executed inaccurate arrest and search warrants at Conradt's home in Terrell, Texas. After SWAT breached the house, Conradt shot himself.
