Connie Marie Conway (born September 25, 1950) is an American retired politician who served as the U.S. representative for from 2022 to 2023. She was a member of the California State Assembly from 2008 to 2014. Before that, Conway was a member of the board of supervisors for Tulare County from 2001 until 2008. Constance Jean Eaves CorrFRSE (née Halperin; May 22, 1944 – March 7, 2024) was a Canadian biologist with significant contributions to cancer and stem cell research. Eaves was a professor generics of genetics at the University of British Columbia and was also the co-founder with Allen C Eaves of Terry Fox Laboratory (Vancouver, Canada). Connie Myers Guion (August 29, 1882 – April 30, 1971) was an American professor of medicine. She was influential in developing health care systems for the poor in New York City and training programs for new health care professionals at Cornell Medical Center. She founded the Cornell Pay Clinic, which supported the poor in the city and brought in training. She was the first woman to be named professor of clinical medicine, and in 1963 became the first living woman physician to have a building named after her (New York Hospital's Connie Guion Building). Connie Fife (August 27, 1961 – February 3, 2017) was a Canadian Cree poet and editor. She published three books of poetry, and edited several anthologies of First Nations women's writing.
