''Club Penguin'' was a media franchise that was created in 2005 with the release of the online massively multiplayer online game (MMO) ''Club Penguin'', later bought out by The Walt Disney Company, Disney. ''Club Penguin'' inspired a variety of console video games, books, and television specials.
