Carlos Felipe Parra Heredia (born 5 February 1968), known professionally as París Galán, is a Bolivian drag queen, LGBT rights in Bolivia, LGBT rights activist, and politician. A member of La Familia Galán, a collective of LGBT Cross-dressing, drag performers, Parra is the country's best-known drag queen. He made history as the List of the first openly LGBT holders of political offices#Bolivia, first-ever openly transgender individual to win elective office in Bolivia after being elected to the Politics of Bolivia#Local government, La Paz Departmental Legislative Assembly in 2015. To date, he is one of just two Queer, queer people and the second gay man in Bolivia to have held political office as a lawmaker, after . Carlos Parra (born February 3, 1977) is a retired American soccer player signed by MLS Pr He played professionally as a defender in Major League Soccer and the USL First Division. Professional career Club Parra played for the Oakwood Soccer Club in Glastonbury, CT. In 1997, Parra graduated from Hamden Hall Country Day School where he was a two-time Parade Magazine All American soccer player. On March 1, 1997, Parra became the first player to sign with MLS Project 40. The league assigned him to the MetroStars. He began the 1998 season on loan to MLS Pro 40 in the USISL A-League. On June 5, 1998, the MetroStars traded Parra to the Miami Fusion for Ramiro Corrales. On June 4, 1999, the Fusion sent Parra to the New England Revolution for Tony Kuhn and a second-round pick in the 2000 MLS SuperDraft. Carlos Parra Aranzo (born 18 February 1996) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Móstoles URJC as a right back. Club career Born in Madrid, Parra represented Real Madrid's youth setup for seven years before joining CF Rayo Majadahonda in 2014. Initially assigned to the ''Juvenil'' squad, he made his first team debut on 25 January 2015, starting in a 6–2 Tercera División home routing of Alcobendas CF. For the 2015–16 campaign, Parra joined CD Toledo's reserves, after a short stint at Atlético Madrid. On 23 July 2016, he moved to Fútbol Alcobendas Sport also in the fourth division.
