The Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova ( ro, Partidul Liberal Democrat din Moldova, PLDM) is a conservative political party in Moldova. The party is led by Tudor Deliu. Until 2016, PLDM was led by Vlad Filat, who was Prime Minister of Moldova from 2009 to 2013, in two cabinets. Immediately after the 2014 parliamentary elections, with 21 seats in the Moldovan Parliament, PLDM was the largest of the three democratic pro-European parliamentary parties. Poșta Moldovei ( en, Post of Moldova) is the company responsible for postal service in Moldova. The company was founded on April 1, 1993, as a result of the division of the postal communications sector from that of telecommunications. Since June 2005, the Poșta Moldovei is under the direction of the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications. The first issue of postage stamps in the country was launched on June 23, 1991 through the series "The first anniversary of the proclamation of the sovereignty of the Republic of Moldova". Hîncești District
Hîncești () is a district ( ro, raion) of Moldova, with the city of Hîncești as its administrative center. As of 1 January 2011, its population was 122,000. History The district has been inhabited since the Stone Age (40,000–30,000 BC). On the territory of the present localities Rusca and Anina many cemeteries and settlements pertaining to the native Getae culture (4th–3rd centuries BC) have been discovered. Localities with the earliest historical attestation are Secăreni, Leușeni, Lăpușna, and Ciuciuleni, which were first attested in the period 1420–1430. During the 15th–18th centuries, the district was part of Lăpușna. Tirgul Lăpușnei was the administrative center, headed by a pârcălab (governor). Lăpușna existed as a fair in the 14th century. A branch of the Moldovan Road passed by Lapusna, linking the economic centers of Transylvania and Poland to the North Pontic cities. Moldova ( , ; ), officially the Republic of Moldova ( ro, Republica Moldova), is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe.
