Canadian Soccer Hall Of Fame
The Canada Soccer Hall of Fame honours people and institutions for their contributions to Canadian soccer. It was founded in 1997 by the Ontario Soccer Association and was originally located in Vaughan, Ontario. As of 2024, the Canada Soccer Hall of Fame has inducted 144 players, 13 managers/coaches, 10 officials, and 45 builders as honoured members. Additionally, the Canada Soccer Hall of Fame has recognized 18 teams of distinction and 21 organizations of distinction. After the Canadian Soccer Association Alumni Association was founded in 1987, the Soccer Hall of Fame was founded by the Ontario Soccer Association in 1997 in Vaughan. The new Canada Soccer Hall of Fame was launched in May 2017 under the direction of the Canadian Soccer Association in Ottawa, Ontario. Candace Chapman
Candace Marie Chapman (born 2 April 1983) is a retired Trinidad and Tobago-born, Canadian soccer player. From Ajax, Ontario, she played as a defender and was a member of the Canadian national team. She is currently a youth team national coach. Early life Chapman was born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with majors in sociology and computer applications. Richard Hastings
Richard Cory Hastings (born 18 May 1977) is a former Canadian soccer player and former manager of Highland League side Inverurie Loco Works. He played for Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Ross County, Grazer AK, MVV Maastricht, Hamilton Academical and Brora Rangers. Hastings played 59 times for the Canada national team. Hastings was a member of the Canada side which won the 2000 CONCACAF Gold Cup, and later represented his country at the 2001 Confederations Cup, the 2002 CONCACAF Gold Cup, 2005 CONCACAF Gold Cup, 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup and the 2009 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Gerry Gray (soccer)
Gerard "Gerry" Gray (born 20 January 1961) is a former soccer player. Born in Scotland, he represented and coached the Canadian national soccer team. Club career Born and raised in Scotland, Gray moved to Toronto, Ontario with his family at the age of 12 and played for several teams in Canada and the United States in the NASL. In 1982 Gray was named to the NASL's first North American All-Star team. Gray also played indoor soccer in the original MISL for the Chicago Sting as well as the Tacoma Stars. Robyn Krista Gayle (born 31 October 1985) is a former Canadian soccer player who was both a Concacaf champion and Olympic Bronze Medal winner. She played her club career in Canada and the United States, including two years with the Washington Spirit of the National Women's Soccer League. Martina Franko
Martina Marie Franko (; born January 13, 1976) is a Canadian soccer defender who played for Vancouver Whitecaps. Career Franko performs a versatile role, and can play as either a midfielder or forward. She has been a regular on Surrey United women's premier division team playing in the British Columbia-based Metro Women's Soccer League for the past two years. Craig Forrest
Craig Lorne Forrest (born 20 September 1967) is a Canadian former professional soccer player and sports commentator. As a player, he was a goalkeeper from 1985 until 2002, playing his entire career in England. He made Premier League appearances for Ipswich Town, Chelsea and West Ham United, whilst also spending time on loan in the Football League with Colchester United. Geri Donnelly
Geraldine "Geri" Donnelly (born 30 November 1965) is a Canadian former soccer player. A midfielder, she represented Canada at the 1995 and 1999 editions of the FIFA Women's World Cup and was named Canadian Player of the Year in 1996 and 1999. Kenneth Paul Dolan (born April 16, 1966) is a former Canadian national team and Canadian Soccer League goalkeeper. Jason Richard de Vos (born January 2, 1974) is a Canadian soccer executive, coach, and former player who currently serves as an assistant coach with Toronto FC in Major League Soccer.
