Call To Danger
''Call to Danger'' was broadcast as a ''New CBS Tuesday Night Movie'' television film on February 27, 1973. Initially ordered as a pilot, titled ''Deadly Target'', the series was envisioned as a vehicle for Peter Graves should his current series, '' Mission: Impossible'', not be renewed. Diana Muldaur was cast as the female lead. Parts of the movie were filmed on location in Washington, D.C. Diana Muldaur
Diana Muldaur (born August 19, 1938) is an American film and television actress. Muldaur's television roles include Rosalind Shays on ''L.A. Law'' and Dr. Katherine Pulaski in the second season of '' Star Trek: The Next Generation''. She appeared in two episodes of '' Star Trek: The Original Series'' in the late 1960s, playing different roles (Drs. Miranda Jones and Ann Mulhall). She has been nominated for an Emmy twice, as a supporting actress on ''L.A. Law'' in 1990 and 1991. Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised on the Massachusetts island of Martha's Vineyard, Muldaur started acting in high school and continued on through college, graduating from Sweet Briar College in Virginia in 1960. She studied acting under Stella Adler, and made her name on the New York stage. Roy Jenson
Roy Cameron Jenson, also known and credited as Roy Jensen (February 9, 1927 – April 24, 2007), was a Canadian American football player, stuntman, and actor. Early years Jenson was born in Calgary, Alberta, and moved to Los Angeles with his family as a child. He was a lumberjack and a construction worker before he joined the United States Navy in World War II. After the war he graduated from UCLA, where he was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. He then became a Canadian football player for the Calgary Stampeders and the BC Lions from 1951 through 1957. The series was sponsored by General Electric's Department of Public Relations. Ivan Lawrence Blieden (June 23, 1925 – June 6, 1975), known professionally as Larry Blyden, was an American actor, stage producer and director, and game show host. He made his Broadway stage debut in 1948 and went on to appear in numerous productions on and off Broadway. In 1972, he won the Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical for his performance in the revival of '' A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum'' which he also produced. That same year, he became the host of the syndicated revival version of ''What's My Line?'' At the time of his death, Blyden was slated to host a new game show, '' Showoffs''. Paul Mantee (born Paul Marianetti; January 9, 1931 – November 7, 2013) was an American film and television actor. Biography Mantee was born Paul Marianetti in San Francisco, California.
