The cell is the basic structural and functional unit of all life, forms of life. Every cell consists of cytoplasm enclosed within a Cell membrane, membrane; many cells contain organelles, each with a specific function. The term comes from the Latin word meaning 'small room'. Fake Blood
Theo Keating, also known as Fake Blood and Touché, is an English DJ, musician and music producer who made his name as one half of the Wiseguys, a British hip hop/big beat group, together with Paul Eve. Some of their best-known songs are " Start the Commotion" and " Ooh La La" (not to be confused with the Goldfrapp song of the same name), which were used in commercials for Mitsubishi and Budweiser, respectively. Keating's current project is a duo called the Black Ghosts where he performs with Simon William Lord, formerly a founding member of rock band Simian. Keating is also a popular house and electro DJ and producer, under the name Fake Blood. The Cells
The Cells is a 3-piece American rock band based in Chicago, currently made up of singer/guitarist Cory Hance, bassist Johnny Furman and drummer Mark Doyle. The band was formed in 1998 by singer/guitarist Cory Hance and bassist Brede Hovland. Hovland then dropped out to work in the movie business, and Hance, guitarist/singer Pat McIntyre and drummer Randy Payne continued the band with guest bassists such as Rick Ness, formerly of Fig Dish (a key Cells member during his stint), Skid Marks, of Box-O-Car, Josh James and Bob Rising . They released their debut album, " We Can Replace You" under Orange Recordings. After touring behind We Can Replace You as a 3-piece, Hance, McIntyre and Payne parted ways. Payne and McIntyre formed the band Cisco Pike. Cex is an American musical project run by Rjyan Claybrook Kidwell and started in 1998 at the age of 16. Although Cex and Kidwell are frequently used interchangeably, Cex occasionally expands to several people at sporadic points, such as particular tours or albums. In the past it has included Kidwell's musical associates, friends, touring partners, or high school bandmates. History The first Cex album, '' Cells'', was a compilation of tracks Kidwell had been working on for several years, and was released in 1998 by his own CD-R label, _underscore, while he was still at Dulaney High School in Timonium, Maryland. The Servant (band)
The Servant was an English alternative band, formed in London in 1998. They are popular in France, Spain, Switzerland as well as other European countries. The band received coverage in the NME. French cultural magazine ''Les Inrockuptibles'' and posthumously in The Guardian which described the band as having "flirted with international success over their decade-long career before finally splitting in 2007" in a feature on lead singer Dan Black, by then a solo artist. Black, Fisher and Sharpe were originally guitarist, bassist, and drummer in Minty, the former band of the late Leigh Bowery. Minty were involved in the Romo scene in 1995-1997; Sharpe also played drums for another Romo band, Plastic Fantastic. They produced two EPs and two albums between 1999 and 2006.
