Bravo (band)
Bravo () is a rock and roll band founded in 1983 in Moscow, Russia, by guitarist Evgeny Khavtan. Biography Drawing heavy inspiration from 1950s western music, Bravo was a part of the Soviet rock and roll revival of the 1980s, along with Secret (Russian band), Secret. Their first album was made in 1983. Despite the fact that at that time rock and roll and beat music (except for The Beatles) were less popular among Soviet citizens than classic rock, the band was one of the most popular underground acts in Russia in the 1980s, until the departure of original lead singer Zhanna Aguzarova in 1988. Since then, Bravo has achieved success with several different singers, Valeriy Syutkin (1990–1994) and Robert Lenz (since 1996). 7Bravo is an Australian free-to-air digital television multichannel, which was launched by the Seven Network under license from NBCUniversal International Networks on 15 January 2023. The channel contains programming from NBCUniversal's American networks, including Bravo, E! and Oxygen, along with entertainment and talk show programming from NBC and its American broadcast syndication division. Bravo is a digital radio trunking operator in Saudi Arabia. Now part of the incumbent operator Saudi Telecom Company, it was originally a separate company known as Public Telecom Company under a BOT agreement with STC. It was launched in 2005 using Motorola's proprietary iDEN technology operating on the SMR-800 frequency band. Bravo-Telecom's focus is professional radio service to the corporate and governmental sector, with no consumer-centric prepaid offering because the network is in partnership with the incumbent operator STC which runs its own GSM and 3G network under the commercial name of ''Aljawal'' which primarily addresses this sector. Bravo was the first WYSIWYG document preparation program. It provided multi-font capability using the bitmap displays on the Xerox Alto personal computer. The ''Buso Renkin'' anime and manga series features an extensive cast of characters created by Nobuhiro Watsuki. The series takes place in the fictional Ginsei City, Japan, where a boy named Koshaku Chouno is creating alchemical monsters known as homunculi.
