Mohamed Barakatullah Bhopali
Mohamed Barakatullah Bhopali, known with his honorific as Maulana Barkatullah (7 July 1854 – 20 September 1927), was an Indian revolutionary from Bhopal. Barkatullah was born on 7 July 1854 at Itawra mohalla, Bhopal in what is today Madhya Pradesh, India. He fought from outside India, with fiery speeches and revolutionary writings in leading newspapers, for the independence of India. He did not live to see India's independence. He died in San Francisco in 1927 and was buried in the Old City Cemetery in Sacramento, California. In 1988, Bhopal University was renamed Barkatullah University in his honour. He was also Prime Minister of first Provisional Government of India established in Afghanistan in 1915. Mohammad Barkatullah (2 March 1898 – 2 November 1974) was a Bangladeshi writer. Barkatullah was born in the village of Ghorashal under Shahjadpur which belonged to Pabna district at that time. Life Barkatullah was a deputy secretary of education department of East Pakistan, later Bangladesh. His eldest daughter, Noor Jahan Begum, married famous Bengali astronomer Professor Mohammad Abdul Jabbar on 8 June 1939. Writing career In ''Parasya Pratibha'' (''The Talents of Persia''), he praised the thinking of the '' Mutazilites'' in the eighth century, and described the literary, philosophical, and scientific advancements made possible over the succeeding four centuries by their independent spirit. Barkatullah Khan
Barkatullah Khan (25 October 1920  – 11 October 1973) also known as Pyare Miyan was an Indian Urdu-language poet, Advocate and politician. He served as the 6th Chief Minister of Rajasthan as the first Muslim Chief Minister of Rajasthan from 9 July 1971 to 11 October 1973, till his death as a Chief Minister. He was a leader of Indian National Congress. He served as a Member of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly from the Tijara Assembly constituency, and served from 1972 to 1977. Early life Khan was born into a small businessman family on 25 October 1920 in Jodhpur. He went to Lucknow University for his graduation where he met Feroz Gandhi. Barkatullah (also spelt as Barakatullah or Barkat Ullah) was a Christian apologist and a convert from Islam. He was baptised at the age of 16 years on 7 July 1907. He worked as a lecturer in Edwardes College, and Forman Christian College from 1914 until his ordination in 1923. He also served in the Henry Martyn School of Islamic Studies in Aligarh after his retirement in 1956. He has authored several Urdu volumes in his contribution to the Christian apologetics. Mohammad Barkatullah (1944 - 3 August 2020) was a Bangladeshi television personality, director and producer. He served as the general manager of Bangladesh Television and was notable for directing and producing popular BTV drama serials including '' Kothao Keu Nei'', '' Shokal Shondha'', '' Dhakay Thaki'' and '' Nokkhotrer Raat''.
