Baloch Diaspora
The Baloch diaspora () refers to Baloch people, and their descendants, who have immigrated to places outside the Balochistan region of South-West Asia – a region stretching from southwestern Pakistan to southeastern Iran and southern Afghanistan. The Baloch diaspora is found throughout West Asia, South Asia, Turkmenistan, East Africa, Europe, North America and in other parts of the world. Pakistan Within Pakistan, there are significant numbers of Baloch tribes that have migrated partially or totally and settled in regions outside of Balochistan, mostly into Sindh. Some have also migrated into southern Punjab, especially in the Saraiki speaking regions as well as southeast Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Many have become entirely assimilated into their host cultures. Balochi Language
Balochi (, romanized: ) is a Northwestern Iranian language, spoken primarily in the Balochistan region of Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan. In addition, there are speakers in Oman, the Arab states of the Persian Gulf, Turkmenistan, East Africa and in diaspora communities in other parts of the world. The total number of speakers, according to '' Ethnologue'', is million. Of these, 6.28 million are in Pakistan. Balochi varieties constitute a dialect continuum and collectively at least have 10 million native speakers. The main varieties of Balochi are Eastern (Soleimani), Southern (Makrani) and Western (Rakhshani). Sindhi ( ; or , ) is an Indo-Aryan language spoken by more than 30 million people in the Pakistani province of Sindh, where it has official status, as well as by 1.7 million people in India, where it is a Scheduled languages of India, scheduled language without state-level official status. The Leghari, Lighari or Laghari () is a Baloch people, Baloch tribe. The Leghari tribe mainly resides in Pakistan. The Sardar of Laghari tribe is Sardar Ghulam Mustafa khan Laghari. Talpur Dynasty
The Talpur dynasty () was a Baloch people in Sindh, Baloch dynasty that ruled the Sind State (present-day Sindh, Pakistan) after overthrowing the Kalhora dynasty in 1783 until British conquest of Sindh in 1843. A branch of the family continued to rule Khairpur (princely state), Khairpur, under Suzerainty#India, British suzerainty and later as a Princely states of Pakistan, Pakistani princely state, until 1955 when it was amalgamated into West Pakistan. The Balochs of Sindh, (, ) is a community of Sindhi-speaking Baloch tribes living throughout the Sindh province of Pakistan.
