BKK Radnički
Beogradski košarkaški klub Radnički ( sr-cyr, Београдски кошаркашки клуб Раднички), commonly referred to as Radnički Beograd, is a men's basketball club based in Belgrade, Serbia. The club plays in the 3rd-tier First Regional League of Serbia. Their home arena is the SC Šumice. History The club was founded on 7 June 1945 in the Belgrade's neighborhood of Crveni Krst, which is where their nickname ''krstaši'' (the Crusaders) comes from. Radnički achieved the biggest success during the 1970s, when the generation coached by Slobodan Ivković won the title of Yugoslav League champion in 1973. The club also won a Yugoslav Cup in 1976, and reached another cup final in 1978. During the 1970s, Radnički also had good results in continental competitions. First Regional Basketball League (Serbia)
First Men's Regional League ( sr-cyrl, Прва мушка регионална лига, Prva muška regionalna liga), previously First Serbian League, is the men's regional basketball league in Serbia. It is the 3rd-tier of the basketball league system in Serbia. Founded in 2006, it is run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS). Rules Competition format The league, operated by the Basketball Federation of Serbia and regional basketball associations, consists of four divisions, North, Central, East and West, which have 14 teams each. The first team in every division will be promoted to the Second Basketball League of Serbia. The teams positioned 13th and 14th in the First Regional League will be relegated to a lower-tier league - the Second Regional League. Milan "Ciga" Vasojević ( sr-cyr, Милан "Цига" Васојевић; 27 December 1932 – 24 December 1996) was a Serbian professional basketball coach and administrator. He led the national team of Yugoslavia during the greatest successes of women's basketball. Coaching career Radnički Vasojević coached the men's team of Radnički Belgrade during 1970s. In 1977, Radnički reached the Cup Winners' Cup Finals where they lost to Forst Cantù by a single point margin, 86–87. Duško Vujošević ( sr-Cyrl, Душко Вујошевић; born 3 March 1959) is a Montenegrin and Serbian professional basketball coach. Early life Duško Vujošević was born in Titograd (modern-day Podgorica), PR Montenegro, FPR Yugoslavia. His parents are from Kuči (a region in Podgorica and historical tribe). Boško Đokić
Boško Đokić ( sr-cyr, Бошко Ђокић; 26 October 1953 – 26 January 2019) was a Serbian professional basketball coach and journalist. Coaching career Đokić coached teams in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Montenegro and Russia. Between August and November 2005, Đokić coached Avala Ada. Personal life Đokić was a columnist for Serbian daily newspaper Danas after 2011. As a journalist, he worked for Studio B, Večernje novosti, Sport, Koš and the Trener magazine. Rajko Toroman ( sr-Cyrl, Рајко Тороман; born February 10, 1955) is a Serbian professional basketball coach. Coaching career Before 2016, he served as a team consultant for the Barako Bull Energy Cola and the Petron Blaze Boosters in the Philippine Basketball Association. He previously coached the Philippines men's national basketball team having been hired by country's basketball federation Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas. Aleksandar "Aco" Petrović ( sr-cyr, Александар Петровић; 14 October 1959 – 1 December 2014) was a Serbian basketball coach. Career Petrović started his coaching career in Radnički Belgrade, where he spent four years. After that, he was assistant coach of the Crvena zvezda and won the 1997–98 Yugoslavia championship. Jovica Antonić ( sr-cyr, Јовица Антонић, born July 13, 1966) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player who is the youth system coordinator for the Crvena zvezda youth system. Playing career A point guard, Antonić played in Yugoslavia from 1982 to 1990.
