Agrabad () is a central business district in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Located close to the city's harbour, it hosts numerous Bangladeshi and international businesses, banks, financial institutions, and other commercial entities, including the Chittagong Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the World Trade Center Chittagong, World Trade Center, and the Chittagong Stock Exchange. The area forms part of the Double Mooring Thana, Double Mooring precinct and is directly connected to the Port of Chittagong. Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) is an autonomous government body under the Ministry of Industries, established to control the standards of services, goods, weights and measures, and promote the adoption of the international system of units in Bangladesh. This institution is a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of the Government of Bangladesh. The Anti Corruption Commission (; ''often abbreviated:'' ACC, ) is the principal Government of Bangladesh, government agency against corruption in Bangladesh. History The Anti-Corruption Commission was formed through an act promulgated on 23 February 2004 that came into force on 9 May 2004.
