AS Karditsas B.C. (Greek language, Greek: Α.Σ. Καρδίτσας K.A.E.), is a Greece, Greek professional basketball club that is based in Karditsa, Greece. The club's full name is Athlitikos Syllogos Karditsas (Αθλητικός Σύλλογος Καρδίτσας), which is also abbreviated as A.S.K. (Α.Σ.Κ), or A.S. Karditsas (Α.Σ. Καρδίτσας). The Greek Basketball League (GBL), and also known as the Stoiximan Greek Basketball League (GBL) for sponsorship reasons, is the Greek basketball league system, first tier level professional basketball league in Greece. It is run by the Hellenic Basketball Association (abbreviated as HEBA; ), under the legal authority of the Hellenic Basketball Federation (abbreviated as HBF; ). The 2017–18 Greek A2 Basket League was the 32nd season of the Greek A2 Basket League, the Greek basketball league system, second-tier level professional club basketball league in Greece. It was the third season with the participation of 16 teams. Playoff and play out games were also held, for a third consecutive season. Peristeri B.C., Peristeri clinched the championship four games before the end of the regular season. Romello Da'Quan White (born May 9, 1998) is an American professional basketball player for Karditsa of the Greek Basketball League (GBL). He played college basketball for the Arizona State Sun Devils and the Ole Miss Rebels. High school career White attended Wheeler High School. He developed a relationship with former NBA player Jerry Stackhouse in high school, and Stackhouse became his mentor. White originally signed with Georgia Tech, but reconsidered after coach Brian Gregory was fired. He committed to Arizona State because he had a relationship with former assistant coach Anthony Coleman. College career White redshirted his true freshman season to improve his academics. 2024-25 Greek Basket League
A coxless four, abbreviated as a 4- and also called a straight four, is a racing shell used in the sport of competitive rowing. It is designed for four persons who propel the boat with sweep oars, without a coxswain. The crew consists of four rowers, each having one oar.
