InBev () was a brewing company that resulted from the merger between Belgium-based company Interbrew and Brazilian brewer AmBev which took place in 2004. It existed independently until the acquisition of Anheuser-Busch in 2008, which formed Anheuser-Busch InBev (abbreviated AB InBev). InBev had operations in over 30 countries and sales in over 130 countries. In 2006, it had a market capitalization of €30.6 billion and net profit of €3.2 billion on sales of €13.3 billion. Beck's Brewery
Beck's Brewery, also known as Brauerei Beck & Co., is a brewery in the northern German city of Bremen. In 2001, Interbrew bought Brauerei Beck for 1.8 billion euros; at that time it was the fourth-largest brewer in Germany. US manufacture of Beck's has been based in St. Louis, Missouri, since early 2012. Since 2008, it has been owned by Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV subsidiary Interbrew. Beck's logo is derived from the coat of arms of Bremen, which contain a silver key on a red shield. The key is the attribute of Saint Peter, patron saint of the Bremen Cathedral. Diebels
Brauerei Diebels is a firm based in Issum on the Region Niederrhein, Lower Rhine that manufactures various beer products. The company was a prominent shirt sponsor of the German Bundesliga clubs MSV Duisburg between 1977 and 1981 and Borussia Mönchengladbach during the 1990s. In 2005 the company produced 1,006,000 hectoliters of beer. Compared to 2004, production fell by two percent, compared to 2001 by around 33 percent. With the introduction of a Diebels Pils in 2005, production could only be stabilized for a short time. Piedboeuf Brewery (, ) is a brewery in Jupille-sur-Meuse, Belgium. It is owned by Anheuser–Busch InBev. The main brand is Jupiler, the best selling beer in Belgium.
