Cid Gomes
Cid Ferreira Gomes (born 27 April 1963) is a Brazilian politician who serves as a Senator for the state of Ceará since 2019. He is a member of the Democratic Labour Party (PDT) since 2015, and is the brother of fellow Brazilian politician Ciro Gomes. Gomes is the former Governor of Ceará. During his governorship, his vice governor was Francisco José Pinheiro. On 1 January 2015 he was named Minister of Education of Brazil in the cabinet of Dilma Rousseff, and served until 18 March of that same year. On 19 February 2020, Gomes was shot after using a bulldozer to remove a barricade built by a group of masked military police officers during an illegal demonstration in Sobral, Ceará Sobral is a municipality in the state of Ceará, Brazil. Antônio Augusto Junho Anastasia ( Belo Horizonte, May 9, 1961) is a Brazilian lawyer and politician, affiliated to the Social Democratic Party. He graduated with a bachelor's and later a master's from the Federal University of Minas Gerais's Law School. He started his career in academia, working as a Law professor in the Milton Campos Law School and in the João Pinheiro Foundation. In 1993, he was approved in a competitive examination from his ''alma mater'', UFMG, and was invested as a tenured Administrative Law professor. André Puccinelli (born 2 July 1948) is an Italian-Brazilian physician and politician, affiliated with the Brazilian Democratic Movement (MDB). He was the first foreigner to be mayor of Campo Grande in Brazilian history. Marconi Ferreira Perillo Júnior (born in Goiânia, March 7, 1963) is a Brazilian politician, affiliate to the Brazilian Social Democracy Party (PSDB). He is the former governor of the state of Goiás (1999–2002; 2003–2006; 2011–2018). Biography Marconi Ferreira Perillo Júnior was born in Goiânia, in the maternity Maternidade de Maio, on March 7, 1963, but was raised in Palmeiras de Goiás, where he consider his hometown. First born son of the merchant Marconi Ferreira Perillo and the housewife Maria Pires Perillo, he has also three other siblings: Antônio, Vânia and Tatiana.
