2011 FEI Nations Cup
The 2011 FEI Nations Cup was the 2011 edition of the FEI Nations Cup, a premier international team Grand Prix show jumping competition run by the FEI. It was held at eight European venues from May 13 to August 26, 2011. 2011 show schedule Standings At the end of the season, the two teams with the lowest points were relegated to the 2012 FEI Nations Cup Promotional League. FEI Nations Cup
The FEI Nations Cup, called Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup since 2013 because of sponsorship reasons, is the most prestigious Show Jumping series for national teams in the world. It is organized by the Fédération Équestre Internationale (FEI). History The Nations Cup has been held since 1909 and it has been under Fédération Équestre Internationale supervision since 1930. After World War II it changed names several times: ''Queen’s Trophy'', '' President’s Cup'' and ''Prince Philip Trophy''. The 2011 CHIO Rotterdam was the 2011 edition of the CHIO Rotterdam, the Dutch official show jumping horse show. It was held as CSIO 5*. The first (national) horse show was held 1937 in Rotterdam, and became an international horse show in 1938. Former editions of the CHIO Rotterdam were held in June. In 2011, also the European Dressage Championship was held on the CHIO area. Because of this, the 2011 CHIO Rotterdam was held one week after the European Dressage Championship (August 25, 2011 and June 28, 2011) without dressage competitions. The All England Jumping Course at Hickstead, known widely as Hickstead, is an equestrian centre in West Sussex, England, principally known for its showjumping. It hosts two international competitions, the Al Shira'aa British Jumping Derby Meeting and the Longines Royal International Horse Show.
