Decree Law 4161/56
Decree Law 4161/56 () was an Argentine government decree designed to suppress Peronist sentiment among the Argentine people. Enacted on 5 March 1956, six months after the 1955 overthrow of President Juan Perón in the ''Revolución Libertadora'', the decree instituted a wide-ranging ban on any "affirmation of Peronism" under the government of Pedro Eugenio Aramburu. Decree Law 4161/56 The decree officially outlawed the "affirmation of Peronism, publicly performed, or Peronist propaganda, by any person, whether by individuals or groups of individuals, associations, unions, political parties, corporations, legal entities of public or private images, symbols, signs, significant expressions, items and artwork doctrines, intending genuine or could be taken by anyone as such owned or used by individuals or bodies representative of Peronism." Carlos Ibarguren
Carlos Ibarguren (April 18, 1877 – April 3, 1956) was an Argentine academic, historian and politician. As a writer he was noted as one of the foremost academics of the history of Argentina as well as a leading expert on constitutional law. Politically he was initially associated with the liberal tendency amongst the country's intelligentsia before moving to far right nationalism in later life. Early career Ibarguren was born on Salta, in 1877 to  Dr.  Federico  lbarguren  and  Margarita  Uriburu and was schooled locally.  He then went to the University of  Buenos Aires, graduating with a doctorate of law in 1898. An academic by profession, Ibarguren was a professor of law at the University of Buenos Aires, his alma mater. Recognised for his fine legal and constitutional mind from 1904 onwards he held several undersecretary positions within the government.

Eduardo Lonardi
Eduardo Ernesto Lonardi Doucet (; September 15, 1896 – March 22, 1956) was an Argentine Lieutenant General and served as de facto president from September 23 to November 13, 1955. Biography Lonardi was born on September 15, 1896. His father, Eduardo Policarpo Lonardi Monti was born in Ospitaletto (Brescia), while his mother, Blanca Delia Doucet Santa Ana, was from Rosario. Lonardi was appointed military attaché to Chile during the presidency of Ramón Castillo in 1942, shortly afterward he was declared "persona non grata" by the Chilean government on accusations of espionage. Returning to Argentina, he participated in the coup that overthrew Castillo. He then was appointed military attaché to Washington, DC around 1946 where he stayed for a few years. Hugo Del Carril
Pierre Bruno Hugo Fontana, otherwise known as Hugo del Carril (30 November 1912 – 13 August 1989), was an Argentine film actor, film director and tango singer of the Golden Age of Argentine cinema. Early life Born in Buenos Aires, del Carril was the son of parents of a rich economic position, his mother Orsolina Bertani was born in Argentina (daughter of the Italian Anarchist Orsini Bertani), but his father Hugo Fontana was an Italian architect, born in Milan.
