Nuclear fusion is a reaction in which two or more atomic nuclei combine to form a larger nuclei, nuclei/neutron by-products. The difference in mass between the reactants and products is manifested as either the release or absorption of energy. This difference in mass arises as a result of the difference in nuclear binding energy between the atomic nuclei before and after the fusion reaction. Nuclear fusion is the process that powers all active stars, via many reaction pathways. Fusion processes require an extremely large triple product of temperature, density, and confinement time. These conditions occur only in stellar cores, advanced nuclear weapons, and are approached in fusion power experiments. Aron Atabek
Aron Qabyşūly Edigeev (born Aron Qabyşūly Nutuşev, ; 31 January 1953 – 24 November 2021), better known as Aron Atabek (), was a Kazakhstani political activist and poet. He was a leader of an independent Alash National Freedom Party, and the president of the political council of the ''Kazak Memleketi'', the Kazakhstan National Front. After Kazakhstan gained its independence in 1991 upon the dissolution of the Soviet Union, he was a staunch critic of the regime of President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He was an author of several poems and a book critical of the Kazakh government, for which he was imprisoned for fifteen years. He was released in October 2021, and died a month later on 24 November, while being treated in a hospital in Almaty for COVID-19. Marshal of Aviation Yevgeny Shaposhnikov was the last minister of defence of the Soviet Union. Pavlo Ivanovych Lazarenko (; born 23 January 1953) is a Ukraine, Ukrainian convicted criminal, international fugitive, and a former politician who served as Prime Minister of Ukraine from 1996 to 1997. Born in 1953 to a peasant family in southern Ukraine, Lazarenko was active in agricultural activities before joining politics in the late 1980s. Originally Governor of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Lazarenko was in 1995 made First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine for energy affairs, placing him in charge of acquiring energy from foreign countries. Less than a year later, he was appointed by President Leonid Kuchma as prime minister, serving for just over a year before being replaced by Valeriy Pustovoitenko on 2 July 1997. Larisa Shoigu
Larisa Kuzhugetovna Shoigu (; 21 January 1953 – 10 June 2021) was a Russian politician. She served as a Deputy of the State Duma for its 5th, 6th and 7th convocations, between 2007 and 2021. Born into a family involved in regional politics, Larisa Shoigu initially chose a career in medicine, as did her younger sister. Her brother, Sergei Shoigu, went into the military, eventually rising to the position of Russian Defence Minister. After studying at Tomsk Medical Institute, Larisa Shoigu graduated in 1977 and spent the next 22 years at Tuva Psychiatric Hospital, initially as a psychiatrist, and rising to the position of deputy chief physician for medical work. Vassily Anatolyevich Solomin (, 5 January 1953, in Perm – 28 December 1997, in Perm) was a boxer who represented the Soviet Union at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. There, he won a bronze medal in the lightweight division (– 60 kg), after being beaten in the semifinals by Romania's eventual silver medalist Simion Cuţov. Solomin began training under Yuri Podshivalov in 1969 at Trudovye Rezervy in Perm. He won the world title at the inaugural 1974 World Amateur Boxing Championships in Havana, Cuba. From 1975 he represented the Armed Forces sports society.
