Brandon Coleman (offensive Lineman)
Brandon Coleman (born October 12, 2000) is an American football offensive tackle for the Washington Commanders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Trinity Valley Cardinals and TCU Horned Frogs and was selected by the Commanders in the third round of the 2024 NFL draft. Early life Coleman was born to an American military serviceman and a German woman in Newport News, Virginia, on October 12, 2000. He spent his childhood in Berlin, Germany, before returning to the United States in 2016 and enrolling at Denton High School in Denton, Texas. He played basketball as a guard in Germany and first played American football in high school as a defensive lineman before playing on the offensive line as a senior. In the sport of basketball, there are five players play per team, each assigned to positions. Historically, these players have been assigned, to positions defined by the role they play on the court, from a strategic point of view. The 2024 Senior Bowl was a college football all-star game played on February 3, 2024, at Hancock Whitney Stadium located in Mobile, Alabama. In gridiron football, a sack occurs when the quarterback (or another offensive player acting as a passer) is tackled behind the line of scrimmage before throwing a forward pass, when the quarterback is tackled behind the line of scrimmage in the " pocket" and without clear intent, or when a passer runs out of bounds behind the line of scrimmage due to defensive pressure. TCU Horned Frogs
The TCU Horned Frogs are the athletic teams that represent Texas Christian University. The 18 varsity teams participate in NCAA Division I and in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) for football, competing mostly in the Big 12 Conference.
