Bosnia National Under-21 Football Team
Bosnia and Herzegovina U21 national football team is made up by players who are 21 years old or younger and represents Bosnia and Herzegovina in international football matches at this age level. The national U21 team has never qualified for a major tournament, but has had a couple of near misses, including in 2006, when they played Czech Republic during the 2007 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship qualification playoffs but lost on aggregate. The Czechs won 2–1 at home, while the result was a 1–1 draw in Sarajevo. The Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Nogometni/Fudbalski Savez Bosne i Hercegovine (N/FSBiH); Ногометни/Фудбалски Савез Босне и Херцеговине (Н/ФСБиХ), (FSBiH); unified abbreviation N/FSBiH), based in Sarajevo, is the chief officiating body of football in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Bosnian football association was founded as the Sarajevo football sub-association of Yugoslavia in 1920. 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Championship
The 2011 UEFA European Under-21 Championship was the 18th staging of UEFA's UEFA European Under-21 Championship, European Under-21 Championship. The final tournament was hosted by Denmark between 11 and 25 June 2011. The Danish bid was chosen by UEFA's Executive Committee on 10 December 2008 in Nyon, Switzerland. This bid defeated the other bid from Israel. Qualification for the final tournament took place between March 2009 and October 2010. Darko Nestorović
Darko Nestorović (; born 4 April 1965) is a Bosnian professional football manager. Playing career Born in Kakanj, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nestorović played for Čelik Zenica, Rad and Rijeka in the former SFR Yugoslavia. After Rijeka and the breakup of Yugoslavia, he played abroad for Panserraikos in the Greek First Division, HamKam in the first league of Norway, Hong Kong Golden in the first league of China, FC Umea in the first league of Sweden. In the first league of Serbia and Montenegro, he played for FK Spartak Subotica and FK Mogren. In his playing career, he was a representative of all national teams of Bosnia and Herzegovina and a youth representative of Yugoslavia in the generation of Darko Pančev, Dragan Stojković, Mitar Mrkela, Aleksandar Stojanović, and with that generation he qualified for the European Championship. Slobodan Starčević
Slobodan Starčević (born 14 August 1971) is a Bosnian professional football manager who is the manager of First League of RS club Laktaši. Managerial career Early career Starčević started his managerial career in 2010 when he became an assistant manager at Borac Banja Luka. After two years, in 2012, Starčević was named the new manager of Borac. He left the club in May 2013. After leaving Borac, on 11 June 2013, he became the new manager of Rudar Prijedor. Admir Raščić
Admir Raščić (born 16 September 1981) is a Bosnian football manager and former player. Club career Born in Foča, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, Raščić began his career playing with FK Željezničar in the Bosnian Premier League, often appearing upfront alongside a young Edin Džeko. In summer 2006 he moved abroad and joined NK Bela Krajina in the Slovenian First League. At the end of the season he returned to Bosnia, only this time joining Željezničar city rivals FK Sarajevo who had just been crowned Bosnian champions the season before. Admir Raščić had played 6 matches and scored on 3 occasions in Sarajevo's 2007–08 European campaign. The 2021 UEFA European Under-21 Championship (also known as UEFA Under-21 Euro 2021) was the 23rd edition of the UEFA European Under-21 Championship (26th edition if the Under-23 era is also included), the biennial international youth Association football, football championship organised by UEFA for the men's under-21 national teams of Europe.
