''Border Patrol'' is a 2001 Australian-American supernatural action-thriller film directed by Mark Haber and starring Michael DeLorenzo, Clayton Rohner, Lewis Fitz-Gerald, and Mary Elkins. In the film, a cop from the afterlife joins forces with a cop from Miami to stop a killer who has the ability to move between the two worlds and wreak havoc on people and the nature of reality. It is a joint Australia and U.S. production. Plot Cal Newman, a law enforcement agent in the afterworld, is given the assignment of catching serial killer Roderick Helms. If successful, Newman can move beyond the level of dealing with the seedy criminals of the afterworld. To assist him, he enlists the help of the person who knows the most about Helms and his crimes, the mortal Freddie Chavez, a Miami policeman. Michael DeLorenzo
Michael DeLorenzo is an American actor, director, writer, producer, dancer, and musician. He is known for his work in television and film. Early life and education DeLorenzo was raised in The Bronx, New York. His late father, Arthur DeLorenzo, was of Italian descent and his late mother, Carmen DeLorenzo, was from Puerto Rico. DeLorenzo is the second eldest of four children. He has one sister and two brothers. DeLorenzo first began performing at a young age as a dancer with Tina Ramirez's Ballet Hispanico. DeLorenzo went on to receive various scholarships from the School of American Ballet, the Joffrey Ballet and the New York School of Ballet. Clayton Montague Rohner (born August 5, 1957) is an American actor. He made his film debut in the comedy ''Just One of the Guys'' (1985), and had subsequent roles in the horror films ''April Fool's Day (1986 film), April Fool's Day'' (1986), ''Bat 21'' (1988), ''I, Madman'' (1989), and ''The Relic'' (1997). Ian Watkin (25 January 1940 – 18 May 2016) was a New Zealand actor known for the films ''Braindead'' and '' Sleeping Dogs''.
