Bolder Media, Inc. (also known as Bolder Media for Boys and Girls or simply Bolder Media) is an American production company that is a joint venture between Frederator Studios and Mixed Media Group. Founded in 2003 by television producers Susan Miller and Fred Seibert, the company develops books, television series, and films for children. It produced Bob Boyle's animated preschool series ''Wow! Frederator Studios is an American animation television production studio founded by Fred Seibert in January 1997. It is a division of Frederator Networks, Inc., itself a part of Kartoon Studios' Canadian holding company Wow Unlimited Media. The studio's slogan is "Original Cartoons since 1998." Frederator and Seibert have been credited with producing various, critically-acclaimed media projects, predominantly in animation suitable for general audiences. The studio has offices in New York City and Burbank, California. In 2016, Frederator would be acquired by Canadian animation studio Rainmaker, and merged into Wow! Fred Seibert
Frederick G. Seibert is an American television producer and media proprietor. Seibert began his professional career as a jazz and blues record producer and audio engineer in the 1970s. He co-founded the record label Oblivion Records by 1972 and has received a Grammy Award nomination. Seibert was the first creative director for MTV during its formation stages in 1981, and served as a consultant for MTV Networks Online. He founded the production company Frederator Studios in 1998, as well as its spin-off entities Frederator Networks, Channel Frederator Network, and Cartoon Hangover. ''Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!'' is an American animated children's educational television series created by Bob Boyle for Nickelodeon.
