China Railways DJJ1
The DJJ1 "Blue Arrow" () is a type of high-speed EMU train used by mainland China Railway. They were manufactured in 2000 by Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Works. Overview 8 DJJ1 sets were made. Each set consists of a power car unit and 6 passenger units, seating 421 passengers. All 8 trains were owned by , and were leased to Guangshen Railway. At the time of entering service, they ran between Guangzhou and Shenzhen. All DJJ1 trains were running between Shaoguan and Pingshi since July 2007. It was officially retired in November 2012. Facts Mrs Watson-Challis was in the recruitment agency business. Between 1956 and 1982, she had built up a variety of businesses. In business she went by the pseudonym of "Sheila Birch". During this time period, she was connected with Mr Berry. They were impressed by each other's business talents and decided to set up a new company. She transferred her business and shareholdings to the new firm, Blue Arrow, in which she took a 45% stake. Mr Berry took a 55% stake. Blue Arrow had a variety of subsidiaries. Mrs Watson-Challis was the executive director of the subsidiaries and the "president" of the parent, while Mr Berry was the chairman. Esk Valley Walk
The Esk Valley Walk is a long distance footpath in North Yorkshire, England. The route first follows a loop on the North York Moors to the south of Castleton, then shadows the River Esk on its journey to the North Sea. Waymarking uses the symbol of a leaping salmon, with yellow arrows denoting footpaths and blue arrows bridleways. From Castleton the route leads to Danby Dale, Rosedale Head and Blakey Ridge. It then passes through the remains of Esklets, a medieval sheep farm, and on to Westerdale and, passing Castleton once more, Eskdale proper. Next it reaches Danby, including the Moors National Park Centre located just outside Danby, and then climbs to Danby Beacon. From here it leads to Leaholm, Glaisdale, Egton Bridge and Grosmont, the terminus of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.
