Bjarne Lindstrøm
Bjarne Lindstrøm (born 3 June 1942) is a Norwegian diplomat. He started working for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1962. Norwegian Ministry Of Foreign Affairs
The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( Norwegian or ''Utenriksdepartementet''; or ''Utanriksdepartementet''; UD) is the foreign ministry of the Kingdom of Norway. It was established on June 7, 1905, the same day the Parliament of Norway (Storting) decided to dissolve the personal union with Sweden. The ministry is headed by Minister of Foreign Affairs, currently Espen Barth Eide, who is a minister in the Støre cabinet that has governed since 14 October 2021. The ministry also holds a position of Minister of International Development. This position was established by the second Willoch cabinet in 1983, and existed until October 2013 when it was abolished by the Solberg cabinet and the foreign minister became the sole head of the ministry. Kim Traavik (born 11 July 1946) is a Norwegian diplomat and politician for the Conservative Party. He was born in Oslo and is a cand.polit. by education. He started working for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1977, and served as counsellor at the United Nations embassy in Brussels from 1994 to 1997. Kjell Colding (20 March 1931 – 28 July 2009) was a Norwegian diplomat and politician for the Conservative Party. He was born in Oslo, and took the cand.jur. degree in his education. He started working for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1958, and was promoted to assistant secretary in 1967. At the same time he had a political career in the same ministry; as private secretary (now known as political adviser) from 1966 to 1970 and State Secretary from 1970 to 1971, both in Borten's Cabinet.
