Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde
''Bizarre Ride II the Pharcyde'' is the debut album by the American hip hop collective the Pharcyde. It was released on November 24, 1992, through Delicious Vinyl. The album was produced by former group member J-Swift, and features a guest appearance by Los Angeles rapper Bucwheed (known then as "Buckwheat", from the Wascals). In the years after its release, ''Bizarre Ride'' has been hailed by music critics and alternative hip hop fans as a classic hip hop album and has appeared in numerous publications' "best albums" lists. Released during the dominant gangsta rap era of West Coast hip hop, ''Bizarre Ride'' was described as "refreshing" due to its playful, light-hearted humor and lush, jazzy production. Freestyle Fellowship
Freestyle Fellowship is an American hip hop group from Los Angeles, California. It consists of Aceyalone, Myka 9, P.E.A.C.E., and Self Jupiter. The group was a prominent part of the Good Life Cafe collective, and are part of the Project Blowed collective. History While in high school in the late 1980s, Aceyalone, Myka 9, and Self Jupiter formed the short-lived MC Aces, a precursor to Freestyle Fellowship, at the Good Life Cafe in Los Angeles, California. Candyman (rapper)
John B. Shaffer III (born June 25, 1968), known by his stage name Candyman, is an American rapper and record producer. He is best known for his hit single " Knockin' Boots". Candyman appears in the front row on N.W.A. and the Posse's 1987 album cover. ''In Living Color'' is an American sketch comedy television series that originally ran on Fox from April 15, 1990, to May 19, 1994. Keenen Ivory Wayans created, wrote and starred in the program. The show was produced by Ivory Way Productions in association with 20th Television and was taped at stage 7 at the Metromedia Square on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. Slimkid3
Trevant Hardson (born October 5, 1970), best known by his stage name Slimkid3 (Slim Kid Tre; sometimes stylized as SlimKid3), is an American rapper from Los Angeles. He is a founding member of The Pharcyde. Career Tre Hardson began his career in the entertainment industry as a dancer and choreographer under the moniker Two for Two with his two high school friends Bootie Brown and Imani.
