Bino (footballer, Born 1940)
Albino Aguiar de Sousa (born 6 June 1940), known as Bino, is a Portuguese former footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Bino started his career with Braga, helping the club achieve promotion from the second tier to the top flight and win the 1966 Taça de Portugal. Altogether, he made two hundred league appearances and scored forty-four goals while playing for them. In 1973, he signed for Riopele. One year later, he signed for Rio Ave where he made one league appearance before retiring from professional football. Promotion and relegation is used by sports leagues as a process where teams can move up and down among divisions in a league system, based on their performance over a season. Leagues that use promotion and relegation systems are sometimes called open leagues. The 1965–66 Taça de Portugal was the 26th edition of the Portuguese Association football, football knockout tournament, organized by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). The 1965–66 Taça de Portugal began on 6 November 1965. The final was played on 22 May 1966 at the Estádio Nacional. Vitória F.C., Vitória de Setúbal were the previous holders, having defeated S.L. Benfica, Benfica 3–1 in the previous season's final. Defending champions Vitória de Setúbal reached the final but were unable to regain the Taça de Portugal as S.C. Curve or bend in association football is a definition for a spin on the ball which makes the ball move in a curved direction. When kicking the ball, the inside of the foot is often used to curl the ball, but this can also be done by using the outside of the foot.
