''Big Brother 26'' is the twenty-sixth season of the American reality television program '' Big Brother''. The program is an adaptation of the franchise created in 1999 by John de Mol. The season features an artificial intelligence theme. It premiered on CBS on July 17, 2024, and concluded on October 13, 2024. The season ran for ninety days, ending on October 13, 2024, with the first all-female final two since the thirteenth season. Chelsie Baham was crowned the winner, defeating Makensy Manbeck by a vote of 7–0. Julie Suzanne Chen Moonves ( Chen; born January 6, 1970) is an American television personality, news anchor, and producer for CBS. She has been the host of the American version of the CBS reality-television program '' Big Brother'' since its debut in July 2000. From 2002 to 2010, she was a co-anchor of ''The Early Show'' on CBS. ''Let's Make a Deal'' (also known as ''LMAD'') is a television game show that originated in the United States in 1963 and has since been produced in many countries throughout the world. The program was created and produced by Stefan Hatos and Monty Hall, the latter serving as its game show host, host for nearly 30 years.
