''Bete'' () is a 1986 Indian Kannada action film produced and directed by V. Somashekar for Vajragiri Films who also co-wrote the screenplay along with Somu and Shanmugha Sundaram. The story was by N. K. Keerthi Raj with cinematography handled by H. G. Raju and editing done by Victor-Yadav duo. It stars Ambareesh, Ambika, Anuradha, Umashree, T. N. Balakrishna, Vajramuni and Mukhyamantri Chandru in the major roles. Malavalli Huchchegowda Amarnath (29 May 1952 – 24 November 2018), known by his screen name Ambareesh, was an Indian actor, media personality, politician from the state of Karnataka. Alongside Rajkumar and Vishnuvardhan, he is counted in Kannada cinema's "triumvirate" as its most celebrated actor. Gaana
Gaana (or Gānā) is a genre of Tamil music, which is sung in the Madras Bashai dialect of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is Rapping, rap-like "collection of rhythms, beats and sensibilities native to the Madras people." It evolved over the past two centuries, with influences ranging from the ''siddhars'' (tantric adepts) of ancient Tamilakam to rural Tamil folk music to Tamil Sufism, sufi mystics. Thoogudeepa Srinivas
Mysore Srinivas (17 April 1943 – 16 October 1995), known by his stage name Thoogudeepa Srinivas was an Indian actor who appeared in Kannada films and is remembered for his portrayal of negative-shaded characters. He is the father of actor, Darshan and film director Dinakar. Early life Srinivas was born to Muniswami and Parvathamma in 17 April 1943 as their fourth son. He had eight siblings. He lost his parents at a young age. Right from his childhood days, Srinivas was interested in theatre and cinema and was a regular participant in his school and college plays. During one of these plays, he caught the eye of another theatre artist M. P. Shankar, whom he later went on to star with in many Kannada films. Umashree (born 10 May 1957) is an Indian actress and politician. She appears in Kannada cinema, particularly in character roles and supporting roles. She received the National Film Award for Best Actress for her role as Gulabi in the 2008 Kannada film ''Gulabi Talkies''.
