Bash Street (2011 Film)
Bash Street was the second feature film from Kandu Arts, written and directed by Ed Deedigan. It was a collaborative community film, tackling some challenging issues. The film features a cast combining professional actors and community members, such as Con O’Neill and Eastenders star Jan Graveson. Ed Deedigan
Ed Deedigan is a film producer and independent politician based in Chippenham, United Kingdom. He is best known for producing the British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA)-nominated film ''Everything (film), Everything'' (2004), directed by Richard Hawkins, and ''Bash Street (2011 film), Bash Street'' (2011), produced by Kandu Arts and starring veteran actor Con O'Neill (actor), Con O'Neill and ''EastEnders'' star Jan Graveson. Music career Random Gender (band) Random Gender were a British, Wiltshire-based progressive garage band, founded in 1982 by twin brothers Jon and Simon Cousins. During October 1982, Richard Pearson left Random Gender, with Eddie Deedigan coming in as his replacement as a guitarist. Eddie Deedigan introduced a folk influence to the band's music. Con O'Neill (actor)
Con O'Neill (born Robert O'Neill on 15 August 1966) is an English actor. He started his acting career at the Everyman Theatre and became primarily known for his performances in musicals. He received critical acclaim and won a Laurence Olivier Award in 1988 for his performance as Michael "Mickey" Johnstone in the musical '' Blood Brothers''. When the production was staged on Broadway in 1993, he was nominated for a Tony Award and a Drama Desk Award for the same role. Jan Graveson
Janice Margaret "Jan" Graveson (born 1965) is an English actress and singer. She is best known for her roles in ''EastEnders'' as Disa O'Brien and ''Benidorm'' as Susie. Career Graveson did not attend any acting schools, as her parents could not afford to send her there. From the age of 7, she attended dance class. Chippenham
Chippenham is a market town in north-west Wiltshire, England. It lies north-east of Bath, Somerset, Bath, west of London and is near the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The town was established on a crossing of the River Avon, Bristol, River Avon, where some form of settlement is believed to have existed since before Roman Britain, Roman times.
