Barron Cangley
Barron George Merriman Cangley (12 September 1922 – 2015) was an English cricketer. Cangley was a right-handed batsman. He was born at Blakesley, Northamptonshire in September 1922. In 1946, Cangley represented Cambridgeshire in 2 Minor Counties Championship matches against Norfolk and Bedfordshire. Cangley also played first-class cricket, where he represented Cambridge University in 8 first-class matches, making his debut for the university against Sussex and playing his final first-class match against Oxford University. All 8 of his first-class matches came in 1947. In his 8 first-class matches, he scored 295 runs at a batting average of 22.69, with a single half century high score of 76. He died in 2015 in Victoria, Australia. Barron Claiborne
Barron Claiborne (born 1967) is an American photographer and cinematographer who grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. He began taking photographs at the age of ten. After moving to New York in 1989 he began assisting established photographers such as; Richard Avedon, Irving Penn, Saint Claire Born, and Richard Numeroff. His photographic mentor, was Gordon Parks. Claiborne's portraits of musicians have been published in hundreds of publications, such as his image of DJ Khaled that appeared on the September 2016 cover of ''Paper'' magazine. His work has also appeared on dozens of record covers including; Tricky's ''Angels with Dirty Faces'' and N'Dea Davenport's album ''Bring It On''. Barron Gift Collier (March 23, 1873 – March 13, 1939) was an American advertising entrepreneur who became the largest private landowner and developer in Florida, as well as the owner of a chain of hotels, bus lines, several banks, newspapers, a telephone company, and a steamship line. History Collier was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He quit school at 16 to work for the Illinois Central Railroad. He founded the Consolidated Street Railway Advertising Company of New York City within four years. In 1907, Barron Collier married Juliet Gordon Carnes, also a native of Memphis. Barron Field (23 October 1786 – 11 April 1846) was an English-born Australian judge and poet. Early life Field was the second son of Henry Field, a London surgeon and apothecary, and Esther, née Barron. Barron Field was educated as a barrister, being called to the Inner Temple on 25 June 1814. In 1811 he published an analysis for students of Blackstone's Commentaries (with a second edition in 1817). He was a great student of poetry and frequently contributed to the press, being for a time theatrical critic for ''The Times''. He became acquainted with Charles Lamb and his circle; Crabb Robinson called on Field in January 1812 and found Lamb and Leigh Hunt there, and he records in another place that at Lamb's house on 23 May 1815 he met William Wordsworth, Field, and Thomas Noon Talfourd. William Barron Hilton (October 23, 1927 – September 19, 2019) was an American business magnate, philanthropist and sportsman. The second son and successor of hotelier Conrad Hilton, he was the chairman, president and chief executive officer of Hilton Hotels Corporation and chairman emeritus of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation. Barron Miles (born January 1, 1972) is an American former professional football player who is the defensive backs coach for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He has also served as the defensive coordinator for the Montreal Alouettes and Ottawa Redblacks of the CFL. He played for 12 years in the CFL as a defensive back where he finished his career tied for second all-time in career interceptions with 66 and as the all-time leader in blocked kicks with 13.
