Ballia (Vidhan Sabha Constituency)
Ballia Assembly constituency was an assembly constituency in Begusarai district in the Indian state of Bihar. As a consequence of the orders of the Delimitation Commission of India, Ballia Assembly constituency ceased to exist in 2010. It was a part of Balia Lok Sabha constituency. This assembly region is now a part of new Sahebpur Kamal Assembly. Ballia Assembly constituency comprised Ballia (Begusarai) and Sahebpur Kamal Blocks. The Janata Dal (Secular) is an Indian political party led by former prime minister of India, H. D. Deve Gowda. Samsu County is a ''kun'', or county, in Ryanggang province, North Korea. Prior to 1954, it was part of South Hamgyŏng province. Geography On its northern border, Samsu shares the Yalu River with China. It also shares a border with the province of North P'yŏngan. To the south, it occupies the northern tip of the Kaema Plateau.
