Klášter Hradiště nad Jizerou () is a municipality and village in Mladá Boleslav District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,000 inhabitants. Geography Klášter Hradiště nad Jizerou is located about north of Mladá Boleslav and northeast of Prague. It lies mostly in the Jizera Table, but it also extends into the Jičín Uplands in the south. Jiří Ignác Línek (21 January 1725 – 30 December 1791) was a Czech late-Baroque composer and pedagogue, said to have composed over 300 works in his lifetime. He is especially noted for his Christmas pastorals and for his initiation of a literary brotherhood within Bohemia. Life He was born at Bakov nad Jizerou, Bohemia. In the period official register, his name was entered as Linka, but he always signed himself Linek. He studied at the Piarist gymnasium in Kosmonosy; later, he studied composition with Josef Seger., p. 296 From 1747 to his death, he was a teacher, choirmaster and member of the literary fraternity in Bakov nad Jizerou. D10 motorway () is a motorway in the Czech Republic, running north-east, from Prague to Mladá Boleslav and Turnov. It forms part of the European route E65. Chronology The construction of today's D10 motorway began in 1967 with the construction of an long section between Bezděčín and Chudoplesy. The sections leading away from Prague have been built since the 1970s, and at that time, it was planned to build the expressway to the Polish. As part of a reassessment of the concept of motorway and expressway construction carried out in 1993, the plans for a continuation from Turnov, towards Harrachov and towards the Polish border were removed.
