Baghprachanda Khan
Baghprachanda Khan () is a village and ''mouza'' under Lauta Union, Beanibazar Upazila of Sylhet District, Bangladesh. Administration History Pratapchandra Pal, the youngest of the five sons of Pal family, Yadavananda Pal, settled in this area after converting from Hinduism to Sunni Islam and being given the name ''Prachanda Khan''. He excavated a large ''dighi'' (reservoir) in the area, which was named ''Bagh Prachanda Khan'' (Garden of Prachanda Khan), later being established as a mouza. His descendants continue to inhabit the village, and were at one point known as the ''Chowdhury, Chowdhuries of Kala'' within Panchakhanda pargana. Kari Peter Conrad von Bagh (29 August 1943 – 17 September 2014) was a Finland, Finnish film historian and director. Von Bagh worked as the head of the Finnish Film Archive, editor-in-chief of ''Filmihullu'' magazine and co-founder and director of the Midnight Sun Film Festival. From 2001, he was the artistic director of the film festival Il Cinema Ritrovato in Bologna. Von Bagh was a member of the jury in the competition category of 2004 Cannes Film Festival. Bagh, Azad Kashmir
Bagh City () is the chief town and district headquarters of Bagh District, in Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. The town is situated on the confluence of two nullahs (streams), Malwani and Mahl (ماہلوانی اور ماہل) at a distance of 93 km from Muzaffarabad. 2005 earthquake On 8 October 2005, Bagh was hit by a devastating earthquake that killed 8,500 people, which represented 10% of the population. Most of the victims were children attending school who died when the school buildings collapsed. The worst hit institutes were a school named Spring Field Children academy (where 300 plus children died in junior campus), the boys' degree college and girls' degree college Bagh. Many lives could have been saved if the rescue equipment was available. The entire city was destroyed and was rebuilt with the help of government.
